  • Validity & Stay: An e-visa is usually single-entry, valid for entry within 150 days of issuance, and allows a stay of up to 30 days (up to 10 days for transit).

Visa officer may require you to submit additional documents in order for you to prove the purpose of your visit.

There are no direct flights between Taiwan and Mongolia. However, several airlines offer connecting flights with one or two stopovers.

  • Flight Duration: Approximately 14 hours to 15 hours

Taiwan → Busan → Ulaanbaatar

o   Taxi: Available at arrivals. Be sure to agree on the fare in advance. Payment is typically in cash.

o   UBus Shuttle: Inconsistent service, so pre-arranged transportation is recommended.

  • Where to Exchange: At the airport, major banks (Khan Bank, Golomt Bank), or in hotels.
  • Card Use: Credit cards are accepted in Ulaanbaatar but rarely used in rural areas. Bring cash if traveling outside the city.
