How to book a tour

Booking a tour at Mongolia Travel Guru is easy and customer-friendly. Below you can find the steps needed to be taken in order to make a tour booking with Guru Travel Mongolia.

1. Get in touch to discuss the offer
Based on your inquiry and requests, your personal trip advisor will respond to you within 24 hours and design a tour program for you. 

2. Agree on tours, costs, Terms & Condition
We will be pleased to make any changes as per your requests. No matter how long the tour discussion may take, our aim is to make you completely satisfied with the final plan. 

3. Pay Deposit 20%
When you are totally satisfied with your tour program. You can confirm the tour by paying a deposit of 20% to us. The payment methods we accept include Credit Card, Western Union, Wire Transfers. 

4. Tour Booking Confirmation
The tour is officially confirmed at the moment that we receive your deposit. We will write an e-mail to confirm this with you. A travel invoice or voucher will be provided.

5. Final Payment & Enjoy your tour
You will need to pay the balance payment 30 days prior to the departure date.
