Once you contact us with your preferred destinations, experiences, and travel dates, we’ll connect you with a dedicated travel advisor. Together, you’ll design a customized itinerary that matches your needs and interests.
Finalize the Details
After agreeing on the tour program, destinations, activities, and costs, you’ll be ready to move on to booking.
2. Booking Form & 20% Deposit
Complete the Booking Form
When you’re happy with your plan, you’ll:
1. Fill out a booking form
2. Pay a 20% deposit to confirm your tour
After submitting the form, you’ll be asked if you want to proceed to payment.
Click Yes to pay online right away

Booking Confirmation
Once we receive your form and deposit, you’ll get a confirmation email.
Tip: Paying Online
When filling in the form, please complete it promptly to avoid a timeout. For the “Your ID” field, you can simply enter your name or any number.
3. Final Payment – 80% Balance
The remaining 80% balance is due 45 days before your trip.
Payment options include:
Bank transfer
Credit card payment
WISE transfer
Cash upon arrival (recommended to avoid extra fees)
Important: If you choose bank transfer, credit card, or WISE, please add approx. 4.2% in bank charges. To avoid this, we recommend paying in cash upon arrival to our office representative (at the airport or your hotel).
Final Confirmation
After we receive your balance, we’ll send you a second confirmation email acknowledging the payment.
4. Prepare for Your Trip

Upon arrival, your private driver will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. On the first day of your tour, you’ll meet your guide and driver, who will accompany you throughout your journey.
